Our Managed Services are aim to provide confidence that your technology environment is secured and supported.  We ensure desktops security patches are applied, antivirus is up to date and backup your information with out any fuss. 

We have a range of support options which include “do and charge” through to monthly support. We use remote support tools to be able to provide support when you call us.

 

Desktop Support and Server Management

We ensure that all desktops are up to date with the latest security patches, and antivirus software is regularly updated to protect against threats. In addition, we manage routine backups of your critical data, so you never have to worry about losing important information. On the server side, we monitor and maintain your servers to ensure they are always available and performing at their best. Remote Assistance

Our remote support tools allow us to assist you as soon as you need help. Whether it’s troubleshooting an issue on your desktop or addressing a server problem, we can quickly and efficiently resolve issues without the need for an on-site visit.

Backup Solutions

We provide comprehensive backup solutions that include both local and cloud-based options. Hardware Procurement

We also assist with hardware procurement, ensuring that you have the right equipment for your business needs. From desktops and laptops to servers and networking equipment, we can recommend, purchase, and install the hardware that best suits your requirements.
