In discussions with business owners, the need for flexible work opportunities is becoming more and more expected by staff. It will also form an important part of their Risk Management Strategy through 2022 and beyond.
It would seem that being bound to a physical office may become a matter of history in a matter of a 2 or 3 years. Perhaps you may consider this change “too quick”, “not likely” or “just a bad idea”. Here is some additional food for thought.

A flexible working from home policy will attract candidates as well as assist in retaining staff for the future.
