Microsoft have add another feature to Outlook which not only allows you to book a meeting from the email, but also suggest a reply.

For this simple example you can see there is both a suggest response and the option for suggested meeting times.  When you select “Suggested Meetings” outlook will help you find a gap in your calendar to suite the arrangements.
