In a strategic move to expand our Managed Service Provider (MSP) services, Blue Sprout has announced the acquisition of Jeneri IT effective 1st September 2024. This acquisition marks a significant milestone in Blue Sprout’s journey to enhance its service offerings and strengthen our business.

Jeneri IT, known for its customer-centric approach, will now operate under the Blue Sprout banner. Founded in 1996 and focused on bringing enterprise thinking to small business, the goal was to use innovation to bring transformation for all clients. This integration will allow Blue Sprout to offer an even broader range of services, ensuring comprehensive support for clients across a broad range of industries.

We are honoured to have George Dullege from Jeneri IT, as be part of the team, bringing his expertise and vision to the enhanced service portfolio. His continued involvement promises to enhance our standards and innovative spirit. It will also expand our expertise including the area of Cyber Security. This focus will reduce the risk we all face in the complex IT environment and potentially reduce the cost of Cyber Insurance premiums for our clients going forward.
