There a few solutions which are available within the Microsoft 365 suite.  In particular you can work with Teams and/or SharePoint.

SharePoint

SharePoint provides the opportunity for an “Intranet” function. With a little bit of tuning you can create a place where “Announcements” or “News” can be shared with your staff.

Teams

Teams also provides an opportunity to share and collaborate.  Create a “Team” for All Company or a “Team” for a Department/Project.  By Typing @[team name] you will send a notification to all members of that Team
