Use Bookings to automate client bookings and add them to staff calendars
Use Teams and SharePoint to support remote working
Use Planner to create and manage project teams and tasks

Use Lists and PowerAutomate to manage office tasks and staff leave

What about my existing technology environment?
There are also benefits here to be considered:
Exchange “in the cloud” means emails are available even if your office internet goes down
Mailboxes can be 50GB, recommended mailboxes for on premises is around 5GB
SharePoint can provide an alternative to on premised file servers
