Microsoft Teams has the ability to add a wide range of applications. For Dynamics 365 users, you may find it helpful to integrate a customised application in to Teams which eliminates the need to have another browser window open and multiple logons.
Here are the steps to add Dynamics 365 to your Teams Environment (note your administrator may need to provide access to complete this task).
Search for and select the Dynamics 365 App
You can then Install the Dynamics App. Select Add.
You can then alter settings to use the relevant Environment and Model Driven App.
Once you have added the application you can then Pin it to you your side navigation for easy access.
